FunXRun is a community-based obstacle run designed to bring people together through active, playful challenges. Organized in collaboration with FDDK, each event blends fun, movement, and teamwork in a safe and exciting environment for all ages.

In close partnership with FDDK, FunXRun creates dynamic, community-driven events that promote active lifestyles, teamwork, and inclusive participation across all ages and backgrounds.

FunXRun began with military friends who served in the Dutch Armed Forces. Back home, they built obstacle courses to bring people together through challenge, teamwork, and fun.
All proceeds from FunXRun go directly into local social programs. These are developed and supported by FDDK, helping improve lives through sport, activity, and education.
FDDK stands for Fundashon Desaroyo Deportivo Kòrsou. It promotes health, wellness, and inclusion through sports initiatives that empower Curaçao’s youth, families, and broader communities.
Together, FunXRun and FDDK build events that do more than challenge — they inspire. Through movement, we strengthen community, support growth, and encourage positive, active lifestyles.
FunXRun is a community-driven obstacle run founded by military veterans. It offers exciting, family-friendly and competitive race events designed to promote fun, fitness, and teamwork.
We create special obstacle races for everyone — from kids as young as 5 to adults and families. Follow us on social media to stay updated on age-specific and themed events.
Courses range from 500 meters to 5 kilometers, with varying levels of difficulty. Some are playful and easy, while others are designed for serious team competition.
